AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE Code of the City of Gillett Chapter 3 thereof, entitled General Government, to add a new section providing for Comprehensive Plan.

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Gillett as follows:

Section I. Chapter 3 of the Code of the City of Gillett is hereby amended to add a new section following § 3-9 to be known as § 3-10:

Comprehensive Plan

Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption and publication.
