FINANCE/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING

Chairperson Darrow called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.  Present were Alderpersons Kurt Darrow, Tod Anderson, Rick Raatz, Mayor Brandon Miller, Deputy Clerk Stephanie Schmutzer and Intern Chelsea Henkel.  Also present were employees Shane Rank, Robert Schroeder, Kathy Reierson, and Tim Christensen.

Roll was taken and committee informed the Open Meeting Law had been complied with.

Motion by Raatz, second by Anderson to approve 10-04-11 Minutes.  Motion Carried.

Public Input:  None

Committee will adjourn into closed session under WISS 19.85(1) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, performance evaluation over which this government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically non-represented personnel.  Committee will reconvene.

Meeting reconvened at 6:20PM

Discussion on bids for auditors.

Motion by Raatz, second by Anderson to continue with Schenck for the audit this year. Motion carried.

Discussion on switching dental insurance, need more information.

Motion by Raatz, second by Anderson to table this discussion until next meeting. Motion carried.

Motion by Raatz, second by Anderson to authorize Peshtigo National Bank to be the authorized loan provider for the Fire House refinancing and the authorized loan signers will be Clerk/ Treasurer Leone Christensen and Mayor Brandon Miller. To go to council. Motion carried.

Next meeting will be December 12, 2011 at 5:30 pm.
